Reba Pennywell is a wife, mother, grandmother, and Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  She is the founder of Reba Renee' Cares Community Organization.  She is also the founder of Romans 12:2 Life Groups.  

The vision for the organization is geared toward helping individuals build self-esteem, self-awareness, and an awareness of who Christ is.   Through the organization, Reba uses her ministerial gift to aid in the growth and development of others. Providing pastoral care, ministry from a leadership perspective, and mentorship comprehensively adds to the Body of Christ.

The Romans 12:2 Life Groups is a Bible Study that creates a safe space for others to study the Word of God and make transformative life-changing decisions.

She serves in her local church and the community.   She provides spiritual guidance and encouragement.  On Sundays and Wednesdays with a team of Ministers and Elders at the altar, Reba provides love and support in a manner that is consistent with being an ambassador for Jesus Christ.  

Reba works as an Educator in the Esthetics Department at a local Cosmetology School.  Additionally, she works part-time at Reba Renee' offering holistic skincare and wellness services.

Based on her heritage, spiritual background, personal development, rigorous education and lived experiences, Reba possesses many of the required attributes to fulfill the role of Servant Leader.

Reba and her husband Dexter Pennywell have been married for 31 years.  She enjoys gardening, working out, doing crossword puzzles, and hanging out with her family and close friends.
