Romans 12:2 Life Groups were established during the recent pandemic to help strengthen relationships with God, families, and those seeking to know Christ.
Through the Shared Christian Praxis approach, Life Groups creates a safe environment for engaging in prayer, studying the Word of God, and applying biblical principles to live life more effectively.
Research shows that small group bible studies provide valuable opportunities for discipleship, self-reflection, spiritual growth, and identity development.
The three core principles are: Bible, Prayer, and Worship.
John 1:1 establishes that the pre-existent Word of God is fundamental to Christian theology. Likewise, Genesis 1:26 affirms that our identity is in God.
The Scripture Thessalonians 5:17 emphasizes that we should rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances, as this is God's will for all those who are in him.
True worship fosters authentic encounters with God, bridges generational gaps, and cultivates a sense of belonging in everyday life and the marketplace.
We will explore Jesus' aim for everyone to know about Him and His love for humanity. In the Book of Matthew 28:19, Jesus sat with His disciples and issued what scholars refer to as the Great Commission of God.
A key component of maturity in Christ is self-examination. We will identify how to reflect the character of God in everyday life.
In this session, we will learn what it means to pray without ceasing and how to do this without prayer feeling burdensome.
